A theft of a wagon was reported at an apartment building on Mulcahy Drive.

A report of a theft of cooking oil was made from Mae's Place on Park Street.

Fingerprints completed for a school chaperone for a field trip from the Neshobe Elementary School.

Fraud, Birch Hill Road

A resident of the State of Florida contacted the Brandon Police Department regarding a resident of Brandon, living on Birch Hill Road, who sent an aircraft part to be repaired and was having issues with the payment for the service. The individual was advised the issue was a civil matter, but that the incident could be documented at the police department for informational purposes for potential civil court action in the future.

Fingerprints completed for employment at the Leicester School.

Welfare Check, Mulcahy Drive

Responded to an apartment on Mulcahy Drive for a welfare check on a female resident who may have been suffering from some mental health issues. Contact was later made with the subject and it was determined that she was fine and did not need any assistance.

Citizen Dispute, Mulcahy Drive

Responded to the area of Mulcahy Drive for a report of two females yelling at an individual inside of a motor vehicle as well as trying to reach their hands into the car. The responding officers checked the area, but could not find anyone around. It is believed that the incident may have been drug related.

Alarm, McConnell Road

Responded to the Green Mountain Market on McConnell Road for a commercial burglary alarm. Officers arrived on scene and found the business to be secured and determined that it was a false alarm.

Alarm, McConnell Road

Responded to a second commercial burglary alarm at the Green Mountain Market located on McConnell Road. Officers arrived on scene and found the business to be still locked and secured and determined the alarm to be false.

Crash - Non-Reportable, Franklin Street

Received a crash alert detection from Toyota Telematics that a possible motor vehicle crash may have occurred on Franklin Street near the Otter Valley Union High School. The area was checked by the responding officer, but no signs of any accidents having occurred were found.

Crash - Property damage only, Town Farm Road / Newton Road

Responded to the area of Town Farm Road and Newton Road for a report of a vehicle that had struck a rock while trying to avoid a deer that ran out in front of the operator's vehicle. It was later determined that the operator was operating with a civilly suspended drivers license and he was subsequently issued a ticket for the violation. The vehicle was later towed from the scene due to disabling front end damage.

Assist - Agency, Pearl Street

Officers assisted the Brandon Area Rescue Squad with a medical call on Pearl Street.

Traffic Stop, Forest Dale Road / Town Farm Road

A motor vehicle stop was conducted at the intersection of Forest Dale Road and Town Farm Road for failure to display license plates. The operator was issued a warning for the violations.

Citizen Dispute, Mulcahy Drive

Responded to a citizen dispute on Mulcahy Drive. The parties ultimately were separated.

Burglary, Rossiter Street

Received a complaint regarding a burglary on Rossiter Street in which a male broke into a residence and stole a female's underwear from the home.

Community Policing, Park Street

Officers conducted traffic control for the Brandon Memorial Day Parade on Park Street.
