Trespass, Franklin Street
Received a 911 call regarding a resident on Franklin Street causing a disturbance and trespassing on the property. No Brandon Police officers were on duty at the time, so the call was handled by the Vermont State Police out of Rutland.

The Brandon Police were notified of a cow in the roadway on Forest Dale Road.
Larceny - From Building, Grove Street
Received a complaint regarding the theft of a can of beer from Champlain Farms on Grove Street.

Received a complaint regarding a stolen vehicle from a business on Furnace Road.

Threats/Harassment, Mulcahy Drive
A report of threats/harassment between tenants residing on Mulcahy Drive was made to the Brandon Police.

Violation of Court Order, Pearl Street
Received a report of a possible violation of a Relief From Abuse Order that occurred on Pearl Street. The incident is under active investigation.
Assist - Agency, Deer Run Road
Brandon Police assisted Brandon Area Rescue on Deer Run Road with a female who was not feeling well and was the only person at the home to take care of a minor child.
Suspicious Event, Forest Dale Road
Responded to Forest Dale Road for a report of a side-by-side ATV that had been vandalized.
Search Warrant, McConnell Road
The Brandon Police Department served a search warrant at a residence on McConnell Road, as part of an ongoing investigation into an individual who had been previously charged with animal cruelty/abandonment, for violating her court-ordered conditions of release by being in possession of a litter of puppies and offering them for sale. Four German Shepherd puppies were located inside the residence and were seized as evidence. Custody of the puppies was later handed over to the Town of Brandon Animal Control Officer for ongoing care until the matter is adjudicated in court. Upon completion of the investigation, the police department will be moving forward with criminal charges against the suspect.
June 16
Juvenile Problem, McConnell Road
Brandon Police responded to a residence twice in the same day for 911 calls regarding an out of control teenage female at the home. The child was later transported to a relative's home for the night and the Vermont Department for Children and Families was notified of the issues at the house.
Assist - Other, Grove Street
Brandon Police accompanied an estate executor to an abandoned property on Grove Street for a check of the premises and to make sure that there were no squatters who had moved into the home or outbuildings.
Larceny - Other, Mulcahy Drive
Received a complaint of stolen lawn chairs on Mulcahy Drive.
Suspicious Activity, Mulcahy Drive
Officers responded to Mulcahy Drive for a report of a male who had accidentally shot himself in the leg. The case is still under further investigation and there is no danger to the public.

Alarm, Furnace Road
An officer was dispatched to a residential burglary alarm on Furnace Road. The responding officer was able to determine that the residence was secure and that the alarm was accidental.
