A young bull moose made quite a stir on Monday afternoon, traveling from the woods near Seminary Hill — where this author nearly died trying and failing to get a picture as it crossed her back yard — down to River Street.

From there it was spotted a little while later near the intersection of Park Street and Route 73, and was captured on video crossing the road near Fostering Wellness. 

The moose finished up his downtown tour around 7:30 p.m. by 22 Park Eatery, where it then crossed Route 7 and ducked behind the H&R Block building.
